Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Scrum Master / Agile Coach - SME to guide large-scale DoD programs in a Scrum/SAFe environment. You will drive agile practices across multiple teams, coach the organization, and ensure delivery on time and on budget.

You will mentor project teams, support CI/CD, and collaborate with AESMS Product Lead and leadership teams. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience OR high school with 7+ years in Agile.
• Certified ScrumMaster or equivalent preferred.
• US citizenship and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Guide multiple Agile teams in a large program (Scrum of Scrums).
• Lead estimation, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Foster Continuous Integration/Deployment and Agile practices.
• Support organizational Agile transformation and governance.
