Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Scrum Master / Agile Coach – SME to drive Agile practices across a large DoD-related program. The role requires guiding multiple teams in Scrum and SAFe, enabling continuous integration and deployment, and mentoring leaders to adopt Agile principles.

Strong communication and leadership are essential in this federal contracting landscape. The position is based in Lorton, VA, with a focus on transforming traditional processes into agile workflows while ensuring on-time

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience OR Highschool with 7 years of experience.
Experience as Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence for reporting and deliverables tracking.
Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Certification in Agile like CSM/ CSP/ SPC is preferred.
Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

Guide service level program managers using Agile in a large program with multiple teams and releases.
Demonstrate breadth and depth of Scrum/SAFe practices at scale.
Coordinate multiple teams in large-scale Agile software development.
Coach teams to implement CI/CD and Agile transformations.
Assist in organizational cultural transitions to Agile.
