Job summary

Appnovation, a global digital partner, is seeking a Scrum Master to lead multiple cross-functional teams delivering digital transformation projects. You will coach teams in Agile frameworks, facilitate sprints, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables for clients around the world.

The role requires practical Agile expertise and strong communication to align product owners, stakeholders, and engineers. You will help grow team maturity and drive process improvements in a fast-paced consulting

Qualifications

3-4 years of Agile Project Management or Scrum Master experience in a digital agency, professional services or consulting environment.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Crystal, XP, SAFe).
Must have either Scrum Master Certification or hands-on Agile experience that can be described in detail.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to communicate across different levels.
Exceptional planning, organizational, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent scrum teams for Appnovation's global and growing list of clients.
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
Work with Product Owners to handle backlog grooming and new requests.
Facilitate internal communications and be the point of contact with external stakeholders.
Coach teams to higher levels of scrum maturity and guide process improvements.
Ensure deliverables meet high quality standards at the end of each sprint.
