Job summary

Coherent Solutions in Mexico is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of engineering projects and serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional teams. You will drive Agile practices and coordinate stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality software releases.

The role requires strong English communication, 5+ years in software delivery leadership, and experience with distributed/offshore teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering software projects.
Proactive decision-maker with ability to drive change.
Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal skills.
Experience managing software delivery across distributed/offshore teams.
Solid understanding of Scrum values, practices and principles.
Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration skills.
Proficient with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Own and drive delivery of engineering projects meeting timelines, scope and quality.
Establish delivery roadmaps with technical leads and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies for smooth releases.
Facilitate Scrum events and Agile practices (standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Gather requirements from stakeholders for cross-team initiatives.
Coordinate scheduling and approvals of software releases with stakeholders.
Create and refine user stories across initiatives.
Maintain project plans, schedules and documentation for transparency.
