Duration: 8 months, contract

Pay: $65-70/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the scrum and development teams, possessing strong knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum, and able to educate others. Act as a buffer between the team and product owner, fostering a safe working environment by resolving conflicts.
• Serve as the single point of contact for projects.
• Manage projects from conception through implementation, coordinating with end users, IT, and client services.
• Define project scope and objectives.
• Coordinate all aspects of projects, acting as a project manager among clients, systems, and departments.
• Plan and manage schedules and budgets.
• Monitor projects from start to finish, interfacing with customers on technical and non-technical issues.
• Address project issues and develop solutions to meet productivity, quality, and satisfaction goals.
• Create detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource allocations, budgets, and reports.
• Lead project meetings and oversee deliverables.
• Manage vendor tasks and review vendor deliverables.
• Provide technical or analytical guidance to project teams as needed.
• Recommend and implement solutions to project problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Over 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master and in Project Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Remote work is possible; preference for candidates within 50 miles of an office location.
• Proven project management experience required.
