The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Scrum Master who will lead Agile project management initiatives for USSTRATCOM, focusing on mission-critical applications and systems support services. This role involves facilitating Agile methodologies, ensuring effective communication among the stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in software development practices. The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.
Responsibilities:
Scrum Master, Senior:
Serves as interface between product team and IT Shared Services
Ensures Definition of Done requirements are met at product level
Facilitates all product team scrum ceremonies
Gathers and monitors team-related metrics
Instills and provides guidance on ASF practices within team
Assists in removing blocks for teammates
Participates in all product and software lifecycles, particularly those dealing with Release Management and Construction
Serves as front-line manager for cross-functional product team
Collaborates with senior management on product team initiatives
Defines Agile procedures or standards to execute Scrum Master tasks
Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership to meet mission requirements and support USSTRATCOM objectives. Depending on experience and team structure, this role may involve working under direct supervision or potentially providing guidance, training, or supervision to others

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science , Information Technology, or a related field
Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Minimum of 7 years in Agile project management, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master in a complex, fast-paced environment
Required 8140 Cert: 802 - Intermediate; Approved DoD 8140 cyber-related certification; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training
AND Additional Cert
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster an Agile culture
Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution abilities
Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities with a strategic mindset
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences

The proposed salary range for this position is:
