Job summary

Techvilla Solutions seeks a Senior Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum and project management. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, and work across Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners to ensure successful, cross-functional delivery.

You will coordinate sprint and release planning, manage risks and blockers, track Agile metrics, and support CI/CD and automated testing to drive timely production deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Scrum Master/Agile delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, SQL, databases, Python, system integrations, and cloud environments.
• Understanding of application architecture, deployment, and production support.
• Strong risk, dependency, stakeholder, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities
