Qualifications

• 10+ years of Scrum Master/Agile delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, SQL, databases, Python, and cloud integrations.
• Understanding of architecture, deployment and production support.
• Strong risk, dependency, stakeholder, and conflict management.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps, PO, and BA.
• Coordinate sprint planning, release planning, UAT, deployment, and production activities.
• Identify and manage risks, blockers, dependencies and tech debt.
• Track Agile metrics: velocity, capacity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, throughput.
• Support CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and QA processes.
• Lead technical discussions and cross-team collaboration.
• Provide status, forecasting, and delivery reporting.

Seeking a Senior Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum and project management. Strong technical understanding of software development, SDLC, and cross-functional Agile delivery is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.
• Coordinate sprint planning, release planning, UAT, deployment, and production activities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, blockers, dependencies, and technical debt.
• Track Agile metrics including velocity, capacity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, and throughput.
• Support CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.
• Facilitate technical discussions and ensure effective cross-team collaboration.
• Provide project status, forecasting, and delivery reporting.
