Job summary

Diodes Incorporated is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, SCM IT Systems to serve as the technical leader for our Supply Chain Management IT organization, owning upgrades and modernization across Oracle ASCP, Demantra, Agile, and related cloud platforms.

You will lead a team of developers and analysts, setting priorities, ensuring operational health, KPIs, and change control while delivering complex projects from requirements to deployment, coordinating with Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience leading or managing a team of developers/analysts.
Experience managing both production support operations and project delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for Oracle SCM modules and upgrades.
Lead a team of developers and analysts, set priorities and allocate resources.
Own day-to-day SCM operations, incident management, and uptime SLAs.
Drive SCM IT projects from requirements through deployment and testing.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
