Job summary

Diodes Incorporated seeks aSenior Manager, SCM IT Systems to lead the Oracle SCM stack (ASCP, Demantra, Agile PLM) and own future upgrades. You will guide a team of developers and analysts, ensure operational health, and drive strategic IT projects across the SCM landscape.

Responsibilities include incident management, change control, and partnering with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions, while leveraging AI and data tools to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience leading or managing a team of developers/analysts.
• Experience managing both production support operations and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Oracle SCM modules including ASCP, Demantra, and Agile PLM.
• Lead upgrades and modernization initiatives across the SCM landscape.
• Offer architectural guidance to developers and analysts and review designs for scalability.
• Own day-to-day operational health, incident management, and SLA adherence for SCM systems.
• Plan and drive SCM IT projects from requirements through deployment; manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and lead digital transformation initiatives.
