Job summary

Diodes Incorporated seeks a hands-on Senior Manager, SCM IT Systems to lead Oracle SCM operations and modernization. You will own technical direction, oversee a team of developers and analysts, and coordinate with Supply Chain stakeholders to deliver upgrades and new modules.

The role emphasizes operational stability, project delivery, and data-driven improvements using AI tools as part of the SCM roadmap. This position is based in Plano, TX, with strong collaboration across IT and Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience leading or managing a team of developers/analysts.
• Demonstrated experience managing both production support operations and project delivery simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to work across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Oracle SCM modules (ASCP, Demantra, Agile) and guide upgrades/modernization.
• Lead a team of developers and analysts, set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure accountability.
• Own day-to-day operational health of SCM systems, including incident management and SLA monitoring.
• Plan and drive SCM IT projects from requirements through deployment, including enhancements and module rollouts.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions and drive digital transformation initiatives.
