Job summary

Diodes Incorporated is seeking a skilled Developer - Supply Chain Systems to design and implement Oracle ERP–based solutions spanning ASCP, Demantra, APS, GOP, and related modules. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Solution Architect and cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables with the transformation roadmap.

The role emphasizes data governance, data modeling, ETL, testing, and user training, with Agile practices shaping delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
5+ years Oracle ERP Developer experience with ASCP/Demantra/APS/GOP.
Strong data modeling, ETL, and DB management skills.
Familiar with Agile methodologies and team collaboration.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Oracle ERP supply chain solutions aligned with business needs.
Maintain data integrity across upstream and downstream systems; implement governance.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.
Create technical docs and provide end-user training on Oracle ERP features.
Troubleshoot issues in supply chain modules and data discrepancies.
