Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a skilled Oracle SCM lead to drive the cloud-based supply chain upgrade. You will bridge operations with IT, guiding the system through configuration, testing, and user training to ensure real-world readiness.

Post-implementation, you’ll support system administration, data integrity, and reporting to optimize material planning and supplier coordination. A strong ERP background is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain operations and ERP systems.
• Involvement in at least one ERP implementation, ideally Oracle Cloud.
• Strong understanding of material planning, inventory and procurement.
• Ability to translate needs into system configurations and workflows.
• Excellent communication with technical teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle Cloud SCM implementation across Inventory, Procurement, Order Management and Planning.
• Collaborate with consultants to translate business requirements into configurations.
• Develop and execute testing plans including UAT and user training.
• Create clear documentation for ongoing reference and process improvements.
• Post go-live: administer the system, maintain data quality, and generate reports.
