Job summary

Diodes Incorporated in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Developer for Supply Chain Systems to design and implement Oracle ERP solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams including IT, operations and finance to deliver enhancements across ASCP, Demantra, APS, GOP and related modules.

You will ensure data integrity, manage ETL processes, and contribute to analytics with Oracle BI and Tableau. Collaboration, testing, and end-user training are key to success in this onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Oracle ERP Developer with ASCP, Demantra, APS, GOP and related modules.
• Strong data management background including data modeling and ETL.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Development of supply chain solutions focusing on Oracle modules (ASCP, Demantra, APS, GOP).
• Ensure data integrity across upstream and downstream systems and govern data management.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and finance across regions; participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in supply chain modules and data discrepancies.
• Create technical documentation and provide end-user training on Oracle ERP functionalities.
