Job summary

Diodes Incorporated in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Developer for Supply Chain to design and implement solutions across ASCP, Demantra, GOP and related modules. This role collaborates with the Supply Chain Solution Architect and cross-functional teams to deliver value.

You will optimize data flows, manage ETL processes with ODI/SQL, participate in Agile ceremonies, and produce documentation and end-user training for Oracle ERP functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP development experience with ASCP, Demantra, APS, GOP and related SCM modules.
• Strong data management, ETL and database/ reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions for Oracle SCM modules (ASCP, Demantra, APS, GOP) to improve forecasting, planning and order fulfillment.
• Manage and maintain data integrity across upstream and downstream systems; implement data governance practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions; participate in Agile ceremonies for timely delivery.
• Conduct unit testing and assist UAT; troubleshoot supply chain module data discrepancies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide end-user training on Oracle ERP functionalities.
