You will drive mechanistic understanding and optimization of targeted nanoparticle delivery across cell types and tissues, blending cell biology, receptor biology, and delivery science.

The role offers mentorship to junior scientists and collaboration across disciplines to shape the next generation of targeted therapeutics in a fast-paced research environment.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Life Sciences with 2+ years in industry or academia.
Strong background in cell biology and quantitative assay development.
Experience with receptor-mediated delivery and nanoparticle platforms.

Responsibilities

Design mechanistic assays to evaluate nanoparticle delivery across biological barriers.
Identify and validate receptors for targeted delivery.
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to translate biology into platform design.
Develop in vitro safety and biocompatibility assays.
Communicate findings to leadership and project teams.
