Responsibilities

• Develop and apply assays to enable tissue-specific delivery of oligonucleotide conjugates.
• Design, execute, and interpret in vitro and ex vivo delivery assays.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional partners to expand targeted delivery into new cell types and tissues.
• Transparently communicate data, conclusions, and rationale to team members and leadership.
• Mentor and support the scientific development of junior scientists or research associates.
