Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of academic and/or industry experience.
• Master’s Degree with 5+ years of academic and/or industry experience.
• Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in the Life Sciences with 2+ years of academic and/or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of Attribute Sciences by advancing frameworks and characterization capabilities.
• Develop cellular characterization strategies using primary and patient-derived cells.
• Lead attribute characterization supporting formulation changes, comparability assessments, and investigations.
• Develop high-throughput, automated characterization approaches to improve throughput and reproducibility.
• Expand internal/external characterization capabilities for targeted LNP products with emerging tech.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary Research and CMC functions to inform product development.
• Communicate findings and actionable recommendations to teams and leadership.
• Provide scientific mentorship to junior scientists and contribute to new approaches.
