Job summary

STR is seeking a Principal Scientist to shape a cohesive strategy across sensing and counter-sensing programs, providing direction and technical oversight for RF, electromagnetics, and antenna development. The role includes leading customer engagements with the DoD and IC to develop new concepts and proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD or Intelligence Community sensor/signal processing tech.
• Proven success leading technical proposals and program development.
• Active TS clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical marketing and proposal development.
• Oversee design, development, testing and analysis of sensing solutions.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers and offices.
• Travel to STR and customer locations.
