Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree and 8–12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Proven leadership in radar, EW, RF sensing or related defense tech.
• Experience on EW or radar programs from concept to verified performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams across STR campuses.
• Architect RF sensing and EW algorithms from concept to prototype.
• Engage with customers to translate missions into technical approaches.
