Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Scientist/Senior Scientist in Quantitative Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics to contribute pharmacometrics expertise across development programs. You will support population PK, exposure–response, PK-PD, PBPK, and survival modeling to inform dose selection and trial design, under guidance from senior colleagues.

This role offers hybrid work with 20%–40% remote work and opportunities for professional growth within a high-impact Clinical Pharmacology & Quantitative Science team.

Qualifications

  • PhD in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline.
  • For Scientist level, 0-2 years of relevant experience; For Senior Scientist level, 2+ years of relevant experience applying quantitative methods to drug development questions.
  • Hands‑on experience with pharmacometrics and data analysis tools such as NONMEM, Monolix, R, or similar software.
  • Ability to work with clinical and nonclinical data, perform model diagnostics, and generate clear, reproducible analyses.
  • Understanding of antibody therapeutics development, oncology, or immunology is beneficial.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to explain quantitative concepts to multidisciplinary audiences.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, scientific curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced biotechnology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, conduct, document, and quality-check routine pharmacometrics analyses under guidance from senior team members.
  • Contribute to the development, validation, execution, and interpretation of population PK, exposure–response, PK-PD, PBPK, time-to-event, survival, disease progression models to support dose selection, regimen optimization, and trial design.
  • Prepare model code, diagnostics, tables, figures, reports, and presentations in a reproducible and well-documented manner.
  • Communicate the pharmacometrics analysis results to program teams to support data-driven decision-making process.
  • Contribute quantitative clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics content for regulatory submissions, including INDs, CTAs, and BLAs, and support responses to agency questions on modeling and simulation deliverables.
  • Support the advancement of quantitative clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics capabilities, including model-informed drug development approaches, tools, workflows, and best practices.
