Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a highly experienced Quantitative Pharmacology professional to advance model-based decisions across cardiometabolic programs and regulatory submissions. You will lead translational PK/PD, population analyses, and QSP efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors to shape dose selection, trial design, and regulatory strategy.

The role requires PhD with 4+ years or PharmD with 6+ years, strong programming in R/MATLAB and PK/PD

Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 4+ years in drug development or regulatory work.
• Background in biopharmaceutics/pharmacometrics/quantitative field.
• Experience with population PK and PK/PD analyses using R, Matlab, Phoenix, NONMEM, Monolix, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply model-based strategies to support dose selection and trial design.
• Represent QP2 across discovery to late development using quantitative approaches.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners for aligned model-informed strategies.
• Design studies, interpret data, and communicate results.
• Support regulatory documentation and arguments with pharmacometrics inputs.
• Provide modeling input and interpretation for regulatory submissions.
