Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Scientist/Senior Scientist in Clinical Pharmacology & Quantitative Science to contribute pharmacometrics expertise to R&D programs. You will develop and apply population PK, exposure-response, PK-PD, and other models to inform dose selection and trial design.

Qualifications

• PhD required or equivalent in clinical pharmacology or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to interpret complex pharmacometric results for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, document, and quality-check routine pharmacometrics analyses under guidance from senior team members.
• Develop, validate, and interpret population pharmacokinetic and pharmacometric models to support dose selection and trial design.
• Prepare model code, diagnostics, tables, figures, and reports in a reproducible, well-documented manner.
• Communicate results to program teams to support data-driven decisions in development plans.
• Support regulatory submissions including INDs, CTAs, and BLAs with modeling deliverables.
