Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Scientist/Senior Scientist in Quantitative Pharmacology to contribute to clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics across programs. You will develop and interpret population PK, exposure–response, PK-PD, PBPK, time-to-event and survival models to inform dose selection and trial design.

The role offers flexible work arrangements (up to 40% remote) and opportunities for professional development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• PhD in Clinical Pharmacology or related field required.
• Relevant experience in pharmacometrics and drug development preferred.
• Hands-on modelling with pharmacometrics tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and quality-check pharmacometrics analyses under guidance.
• Develop and interpret population PK/PD and related models to support dose selection.
• Prepare model outputs and communicate results to cross-functional teams.
• Support regulatory submissions with modelling content and responses.
