Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in the Oligonucleotide field.
• Strong background in computational biology and genomics.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate and optimize siRNA and ASO sequences.
• Analyze gene expression data to identify targets for siRNA/ASO development.
• Integrate bioinformatics with experimental workflows in chemistry and biology.
• Perform transcriptome-wide off-target prediction and annotation.
• Develop pipelines for mapping coordinates and homology to genomes/transcriptomes.
• Analyze high-throughput screening datasets and identify SAR.
