Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS in computational biology, genomics, RNA biology, or related field with extensive biotech/pharma experience.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R and reproducible workflows.
• Experience with off-target analysis, siRNA/ASO risk assessment.
• Strong NGS library prep and transcriptomic data analysis skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable biological insights and reports.

Responsibilities

• Establish and optimize siRNA design pipelines using genomic and transcriptomic data.
• Build ML models from high-throughput siRNA screening data.
• Collaborate on NGS library prep for off-target analysis.
• Interpret transcriptomic data to identify off-target signals and risks.
• Develop reusable analysis tools and pipelines in Python or R; maintain version control.
