Qualifications

• PhD in biology/biochemistry/biophysics or related field required.
• 3+ years industry experience in protein science or biologics discovery.
• Experience with membrane protein expression, purification, stabilization.
• Hands-on with alternative antigen formats, including nanodiscs and liposomes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to target discovery and validation for membrane protein targets, GPCR focus.
• Design antigen strategies, including construct design and purification workflows.
• Engineer membrane protein antigens and formats to support discovery platforms.
• Purification workflows for detergent-solubilized and alternative formats; ensure purity and native conformation.
• Collaborate with antibody discovery/engineering and assay teams to align design with goals.
• Author technical reports and contribute to publications and patents; present findings.
