Job summary

EMD Serono is seeking a Senior Scientist, LNP Discovery Biology to support the targeted delivery program in Neuroscience & Immunology. You will perform in vitro and ex vivo work, develop assays, and collaborate across groups to advance candidate molecules.

The role combines bench science with data interpretation and presentation to project teams. The position emphasizes hands-on experience with human immune cells, multicolor flow cytometry, and in vivo studies using humanized mouse models,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences with 8+ years industry experience.
• 1+ years of experience with primary human immune cell culture and multicolor flow cytometry.
• PhD/MD or relevant advanced degree with corresponding years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute in vitro and ex vivo studies for the LNP delivery platform using human cells.
• Develop, qualify, and troubleshoot new assays for CROs and internal use.
• Design and run multicolor flow cytometry panels and generate core readouts.
