Pharmaron Beijing Co. Ltd. in Woburn, MA is seeking a Senior Scientist I, Bioassay Development to join a collaborative team. You will lead development and validation of GxP assays, act as PI for multiple studies, and ensure quality documentation and regulatory readiness.

The role requires a BS/MS/PhD in a scientific field with immunoassay experience, flow cytometry a plus, and strong communication and Excel skills. On-site role with a strong Lyme of teamwork and client interaction.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD with relevant experience as stated.
• Experience with immunoassays and cell-based assays required.
• GLP and cGMP experience is essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and validation of new assays.
• Serve as PI for multiple projects.
• Oversee study design, execution and troubleshooting.
• Review documentation and author reports and deviations.
• Mentor scientists and supervise up to three reports.
