Job summary

Pharmaron Beijing Co. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Scientist I to lead regulated bioanalytical and DDI studies, designing, executing, and interpreting data to support client drug development programs.

You will serve as Study Director and collaborate with sponsors to shape study strategy and ensure quality outcomes. Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field, 5+ years GLP/bioanalytical experience, and 3+ years LC-MS/MS experience with Sciex or Waters; strong data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of GLP and/or bioanalytical laboratory experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on LC-MS/MS experience utilizing Sciex, Waters, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting DMPK and Drug-Drug Interaction (DDI) studies.
• Experience authoring protocols, reports, and technical documentation.
• Strong data interpretation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead regulated DMPK and DDI bioanalytical studies that support client drug development programs.
• Develop, optimize, validate, and execute LC-MS/MS and HPLC analytical methods.
• Serve as Study Director (SD) and Principal Investigator (PI) for assigned studies.
• Interpret complex bioanalytical data and provide scientific recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Author and review protocols, study reports, technical summaries, and regulatory documentation.
• Troubleshoot analytical challenges and drive scientifically sound solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Scientists, Operations, Quality Assurance, Business Development, and clients.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the growth of laboratory capabilities and scientific excellence.
• Serve as a scientific partner to sponsors by providing study updates, discussing results, and helping design solutions that meet program objectives.
