Responsibilities

• Design and perform experiments, independently analyze data and present results
• Lead Bioanalysis and Biomarker projects through assay design, development, validation and execution
• Serve as Technical Lead in Ligand Binding Platform
• Develop and improve SOPs and technical documentation
• Troubleshoot assays and refine bioanalysis and biomarker assays
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to share expertise
• Assist in grant proposals, publications and scientific communications
• Supervise laboratory staff and ensure efficient project execution
• Manage equipment qualifications and performance checks
• Monitor project expenses and ensure compliance with safety practices
• Possibly present work at scientific meetings or publications
