Pharmaron Beijing Co. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Scientist I to lead regulated bioanalytical and DDI studies, driving study design, execution, and interpretation.

You will develop LC-MS/MS and HPLC methods, serve as Study Director and Principal Investigator, and collaborate across scientific and client teams while mentoring junior staff. This is an on-site Exton, PA role, offering a strong benefits package and opportunities for leadership in a global CRO/CDMO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a pharmaceutical/biological sciences field.
• 5+ years of GLP or bioanalytical lab experience.
• 3+ years hands-on LC-MS/MS experience with modern platforms.
• Experience supporting DMPK and DDI studies.
• Experience authoring protocols, reports and technical docs.
• Strong data interpretation and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead regulated DMPK and DDI bioanalytical studies.
• Develop, validate, and execute LC-MS/MS/HPLC methods.
• Serve as Study Director and PI for assigned studies.
• Interpret complex data and provide scientific recommendations.
• Prepare protocols, study reports, and regulatory documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Mentor junior scientists and grow lab capabilities.
• Provide study updates and design solutions for programs.
