Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, Chemical/Process Engineering, Drug Discovery & Development, or a related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or regulated lab environments.
• Experience planning and executing scientific experiments independently.
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP, quality systems, validation concepts, and data integrity.
• Experience with sterile manufacturing or parenteral technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute laboratory studies to support formulation development and scale-up.
• Perform parenteral drug product activities including compounding, filtration, and filling.
• Analyze data, identify trends, troubleshoot, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Author and review technical documents, protocols, reports, and batch records.
• Support lab start-up activities, equipment qualification, and facility readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to evaluate equipment and systems.
• Lead or contribute to investigations, risk assessments, change controls, and problem-solving.
• Ensure GMP, quality, data integrity, and safety requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and knowledge-sharing.
