AbbVie is seeking a Process Engineer in Product Development Science & Technology to support API projects through late-stage development to commercialization. You will ensure safe, scalable processes from lab to manufacturing, with emphasis on continuous improvement and technical transfer to sites.

The role requires mentoring scientists, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and providing robust process design and optimization for peptide synthesis in a GMP context.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field with 16 years of related work; Master's Degree with 14 years; PhD with 8 years of related work experience.
• Proven ability to innovate with a history of new or improved product releases.
• Interacts well with diverse groups within function and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators.
• Conceives, designs, conducts research and development for major process to be commercialized.
• Leads the development of processes and programs to optimize or achieve plant efficiency, product quality, cost control, customer specification or product design changes.
