Bristol Myers Squibb in Seattle is seeking a Senior Scientist to join the Engineered Cell Therapy Discovery team. You will independently drive CAR T and eTCR projects, design complex studies, and translate results into science-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of T cell immunology and immuno-oncology.
• Understanding of drug discovery and development processes.
• Hands-on experience with in vitro technologies to engineer and assess T cells.
• Experience analyzing large datasets (flow, imaging, etc.) using JMP/R/Programming.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal scientific communication.

Responsibilities

• Characterize engineered CAR/eTCR T cells to inform decisions.
• Design and execute screening strategies and mechanistic studies.
• Work independently on project deliverables and propose protocols.
• Interpret complex cellular and molecular data to identify trends.
• Lead multidisciplinary discussions and present key findings.
• Mentor junior team members and act as technical contact.
• Contribute to patents/publications and program teams.
• Maintain electronic notebooks to support milestones.
