Qualifications

• PhD with 4+ years of industry or academic postdoc leadership in cell therapy.
• Extensive experience designing and executing in vitro T cell assays.
• Deep expertise in gene delivery methods and circuit design for engineered cells.
• Strong publication or patent track record in immunology or cell therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provides scientific leadership and sets strategic direction for engineered CAR T and eTCR T cell programs.
• Leads in vitro functional screening of T cell cytotoxicity and cytokine production.
• Designs and optimizes genetic constructs and delivery methods to improve potency and safety.
• Supports translation to in vivo xenograft studies and go/no-go decisions.
