Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Summit, NJ seeks a Scientist to support the Cellular Therapy QC analytical methods, including bioassay, flow cytometry and molecular biology, with hands-on bench work and data interpretation.

You will design experiments, commit to regulatory requirements, train others, and partner with cross-functional teams to advance method lifecycle and method transfer during regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of analytical experience in a regulated environment (GMP).
• Hands-on lab experience with bioassays, flow cytometry, and molecular biology.

Responsibilities

• Provide bioassay, flow cytometry, and/or molecular biology expertise for QC investigations.
• Design, plan, and independently execute experimental work with data analysis and documentation.
• Present experimental findings to the team and contribute to internal reports.
• Support transfer of commercial methods and method validation per regulatory requirements.
• Lead project, CAPA, and deviation/investigation tasks.
• Train and mentor others in cell biology / molecular biology / flow cytometry techniques.
