Bristol Myers Squibb Co. is seeking a Scientist to support the Cellular Therapy product portfolio with hands-on laboratory work in bioassay, flow cytometry, and molecular biology methods.

The role focuses on QC analytical methods, data analysis, and method development in a regulated setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of analytical experience in GMP/regulatory environment.
• Experience with bioassay, flow cytometry, and molecular biology methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide bioassay, flow cytometry and/or molecular biology analytical expertise for QC investigations.
• Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and contribute to method development and optimization.
• Prepare internal technical reports and presentations; support regulatory submissions as needed.
• Train and mentor others in cell biology/molecular techniques and SOPs.
