Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of analytical experience in GMP, cellular therapy or gene therapy.
• Experience with bioassay, flow cytometry and molecular biology methods.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and technical writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide bioassay, flow cytometry and/or molecular biology expertise for QC investigations.
• Design, plan and execute experimental work with data analysis and documentation.
• Present findings to the team and support internal reports.
• Support method transfer, validation and regulatory compliance activities.
• Lead continuous improvement and CAPA tasks within quality systems.
• Train and mentor others on lab techniques and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development projects.
• Prepare analytical sections of regulatory submissions as needed.
• Travel to other BMS sites or partner sites as required.
