Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Scientist for Drug Product Analytical Science and Technology (ASAT) focused on bioassay development for cell therapy products. You will lead method development, validation and transfer, collaborating across cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements include advanced degrees and extensive experience with cell-based assays, flow cytometry, and GMP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with substantial scientific experience in GMP-regulated environments.
• Strong scientific background with cell-therapy methodologies.
• Experience with bioassays including potency and reporter gene assays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in bioassay methods for cell therapy products.
• Design, execute and analyze laboratory experiments with controls.
• Lead continuous improvement and CAPA tasks in method development.
