Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Company is seeking a Senior Scientist in New Jersey to support the Cellular Therapy QC analytical portfolio. You will conduct hands-on experiments in bioassay, flow cytometry and molecular biology, analyze data, and contribute to method development and regulatory support.

Reporting to ASAT management, the role involves cross-functional collaboration, training, and continuous improvement within a GMP environment. Travel to partner sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of analytical experience in regulated environments (GMP) or cellular therapy.
• Strong background in bioassay, flow cytometry and molecular biology methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide bioassay, flow cytometry and/or molecular biology expertise for QC investigations.
• Design, plan and execute experiments; analyze data and document results.
• Support transfer of methods and regulatory submissions; author technical documents.
