Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a skilled scientist to support discovery programs in Cardiovascular-Renal-Metabolic diseases. You will operate automation platforms, conduct mammalian cell culture, and drive NGS workflows, including iPSC-derived organoid work, with rigorous data handling.

The role requires meticulous execution of protocols, problem solving, and collaboration across genomics and bioinformatics teams in a fast-paced environment. Master’s or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with mammalian cell culture, assays, and imaging.
• NGS workflows incl. library prep, QC, and sequencing.
• Experience with cell-based and molecular assay automation.
• Strong attention to detail and traceable documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze cell-based experiments for validation and discovery.
• Operate and monitor automation workflows; troubleshoot issues.
• Perform tissue/cell/nuclei dissociation and execute bulk/single-cell RNA-seq workflows.
• Perform DNA/RNA extraction, qPCR, quantification, and Western blotting; interpret results.
• Maintain accurate metadata and comply with SOPs, safety, and data integrity.
• Collaborate across cell biology, automation, genomics, and bioinformatics teams.
