Qualifications

- Experience with assay development and validation is valued.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, design, and execute development and validation/verification of new assays or assay improvements.
- Perform literature reviews to inform assay development and improvements.
- Ensure protocols comply with department, company, and regulatory body regulations.
- Write analytical protocols, development plans, and validation/verification plans.
- Compile data and reports into validation/verification packets per ARUP policies.
- Train technical staff on validated assays and monitor performance after Go Live.
