ARUP Laboratories in Salt Lake City seeks a Project Manager-Research to support diagnostic test development, validation and related innovation projects. You will act as a central support figure across the project lifecycle, collaborating with Scientific Management, scientists, Medical Directors, vendors and sponsors to ensure milestones are met and documentation is maintained.

The role requires fostering collaboration, organizing project requirements, and producing dashboards for leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields and two years of project management with multiple stakeholders.
• Or a non-STEM degree with two years of clinical lab experience and two years of project management.
• Demonstrated organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of PMI project management standards and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage ARUP research projects including timelines, deliverables and scope.
• Serve as a liaison between scientific staff, Medical Directors and sponsors.
• Produce project charters and other plan documents and update as needed.
• Maintain project dashboards and communicate progress to leadership.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues and coordinate resources for milestones.
• Ensure adherence to diagnostic test validation policies where applicable.
• Lead meetings, host stakeholder visits and manage client deliverables.
