ASCP or AAB certification; relevant experience with high complexity testing.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day laboratory operations and personnel.
Ensure QC, proficiency testing, training, and competency assessments.
Provide leadership and direction; manage resources and safety.
Communicate with management; ensure regulatory compliance and quality objectives.
Participate in budgeting, planning and cross-functional collaboration.
