Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology, biotechnology, or related life science discipline.
• Expertise in microplate reader technologies to solve customer challenges.
• Proven ability to engage with external customers and internal stakeholders across teams.
• Commercially minded with understanding of customer needs and market opportunities.
• Experience designing validation studies and developing application-focused content.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of customer workflows and decision processes to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate challenges into application workflows, validation studies, and technical resources.
• Generate validation data and application evidence to support marketing and sales.
• Serve as a strategic link between customers, Sales, Field Applications, Marketing, and Product Management.
• Create customer-centric technical content to enable successful outcomes and maximize ROI.
