Job summary

Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Senior Machine Learning & Computer Vision Engineer in Bellevue, WA. You will architect, develop, and optimize industrial-grade ML/CV software for life-science imaging, collaborating across data science and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will implement state-of-the-art algorithms, exploit GPU acceleration, and ensure regulatory-compliant, high-throughput performance in production environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience in industrial applications.
• Proven experience in ML and computer vision solutions, preferably in life sciences.
• Strong programming in Python and C/C++; experience with GPU acceleration and parallel processing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance ML and CV applications for life-science imaging.
• Architect robust, scalable software integrated with industrial workflows.
• Optimize models and pipelines for performance and accuracy, leveraging GPUs and parallelism.
• Ensure reliability, security, and regulatory compliance in industrial environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready systems.
