Qualifications

• BS with 9+ years, MS with 7+ years, or PhD with 0+ years in Chemical Engineering.
• Expertise in reaction engineering and kinetic modeling from experiments.
• Strong fundamentals in reactor design, thermodynamics, transport phenomena, and process modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and perform lab experiments to develop and optimize API manufacturing unit operations.
• Assess scalability and robustness for large‑scale API processes.
• Develop and apply new batch, semi-batch, and continuous flow technologies.
• Lead technology transfer to internal sites and external partners; support process validation.
• Apply process simulation and statistics to characterize kinetics and transport phenomena.
• Prepare internal reports and present findings to transfer knowledge to manufacturing.
• Develop digital tools to accelerate workflows and stay current with literature.
• Contribute to NDA CMC sections and respond to data verification and inspections.
