Qualifications

• Experience with NIH grants, NOFOs, and funding mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific and programmatic support to a NIH division for grants portfolio management.
• Assess applications for merit, mission fit, and NOFO responsiveness; prepare summaries.
• Coordinate workshops, meetings, and cross-NIH activities; advise investigators and staff.
• Oversee portfolio analyses, develop briefs, figures, and reports; ensure policy compliance.
• Lead data collection, surveys, SOPs, and database management related to research programs.
