Job summary

Axle is seeking a Scientific Program Analyst to join the NIH/NINDS team in Rockville, MD. The role focuses on planning, coordination, evaluation, and communication support for the Division of Clinical Research, including handling documentation, meetings, and program activities.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Neuroscience, proficient in Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, WebEx and Word, and has experience with NIH grants and clinical research processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Neuroscience or related field required.
• Experience with NIH grants, human subjects research protection, and funding mechanisms preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare reports and agendas.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, coordination, evaluation, and communication support to DCR at NINDS.
• Serve as programmatic point of contact for awards and administrative checklists.
• Prepare and proofread programmatic documents and reports.
